Born on the Lower East Side, New York, and raised between Switzerland and Oyster Bay, Long Island, she earned her BA in Theater from Columbia University's Barnard College and continued her acting training at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center. Drawn to theater collectives that focused on building performances in response to community needs and creating space for dialogue, she went to Israel and Palestine, where she worked and performed with Ashtar Theater in Ramallah and later with Brama Teatr in Goleniow, Poland. After experimenting with various physical theater practices in Berlin, she returned to New York where she trained extensively in traditional acting practices with The Studio / New York and acting coaches Jayd McCarty and Brian McManamon. With deeply individual and motivating musicians, movements artists, and actors she encountered during her time back in the United States, she founded a theater collective, which was in residence at Bob Wilson's Watermill Center. In June 2024, she completed her Master of Arts in Acting at Zürich University of the Arts. She is now based in Zürich and works as an actress in film and theater.
